Lawton Ave.'s (barely visible) traffic light

After many years, and due largely (I suspect)  to the (infamous) McKinley Hill or the nearby Piazza, Lawton Ave. now has a stoplight. It's one of those new models, which has a counter to tell motorists how long they have to wait until the light changes.

Unfortunately, however, the counter can barely be seen as it is covered by branches of a nearby tree.

It appears that Taguig's Traffic Management Office is too busy to trim some branches in order to fully maximize its state of the art traffic light in Lawton Ave.
